It's contest time again at High on Health! Here's the prize-

I love, love, love Inna Segal and was lucky enough to get the
opportunity to meet her early last year. I actually did an hour long
video interview with her which sits inside theClearestSkinEver
coaching program.
You can also buy her book and CD in my store.
Inna has some super interesting things to say about treating disease in
the body and treating acne specifically. The book is a handy guide on
the emotional connection between disease and emotions. There are even a
couple of daily meditations in the book that you can do to heal your
skin.
The prize also includes a couple of CDs. The first is a series of
audios on how you can self heal your own body. The second CD I'm quite
proud of because I asked her to record it and she did! It's a series of
meditations designed to heal the skin. There is even an entire
meditation specifically for healing acne.
How to enter
To enter the competition, all you need to do is answer the following

Exercising For Clear Skin & A Happy Mind!

Over the last few weeks my exercise routine has been suffering to the
point where my friends have started to tell me that I need to do more
exercise (meh!).
I used to be a fit little bunny and I felt so healthy and so clear on
the inside for it.
So my mission over the next few weeks is to get back into a routine of
regular exercise and reclaim that level of fitness back!

I've Been Raw Vegan For 30 Days!

This is day 30 of my 100% raw vegan experience which marks the end of
my journey!!
I forgot to mention in this video that I'm not wearing ANY makeup. I
wanted to show you how well my skin is doing on the diet without
masking it with a foundation. I did want to put a bit of mascara and
lip gloss on but then I couldn't really say I wasn't wearing any makeup
could I! I haven't even done my hair, I've gone all au natural.

Well, I've made it to day 25 as a 100% raw vegan and it's still going
pretty good. In fact I'm a little bit sad that my little experiment is
going to be ending in just a few days!
